The company holds exclusive access to conduct tours inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel and is the only ghost tour permitted in Old Town State Park. Participants use paranormal investigation equipment seen on television, including K-2 meters, voice boxes with amplifiers, and SLS stick figure cameras.
