Cross, Roscoe's first permanent settler, built in the early 1840s. Visitors explore the historic structure, now serving as a museum housing items from area history. The park features a 3,370-square-foot Community Center that hosts educational classes and programs. Outdoors, guests walk nearly a mile of ADA-compliant limestone paths through over 10 acres of restored prairie planted with native vegetation. A pavilion accommodating around 50 people offers additional space for gatherings and events. The property also includes a commemorative brick plaza where visitors can view engraved bricks honoring community members and local history. The Historical Society hosts seasonal events, including an annual antique sale. The site combines museum exhibits with nature trails and historic preservation for those interested in local heritage and township history.
