Rancho Camulos Museum is a 40-acre National Historic Landmark in Piru that preserves the adobe buildings and history of Spanish California on a working 1,800-acre ranch. Visitors on guided tours explore the 1853 main adobe home, chapel, carriage house, schoolhouse, and winery exterior while learning about the Del Valle and Rubel families who lived there. The rancho also features a Tataviam Native American village site and a rose garden. Tours cover the agricultural crops grown on the property and the connection to Helen Hunt Jackson's novel Ramona, which inspired the rancho's designation as the "Home of Ramona." School groups participate in hands-on learning exercises during two-hour visits. The museum hosts seasonal events including Artist Days in spring and fall, and bluegrass performances. Guided public tours of the grounds and buildings are available on Sundays, while private tours can be arranged for groups and special occasions.
We check this attraction’s own website for offers. The last time we read ranchocamulos.org, on , there was no offer on it that we could verify.
The page stays here because the attraction is still worth knowing about, and because we keep checking. If a deal appears on their site, it appears here.
