Parrish Art Museum is an art museum in Water Mill where visitors explore rotating exhibitions of contemporary and historical artwork across multiple galleries. Current exhibitions include "Until the Moon Comes Over the Mountain," a two-part show examining artists' formal and political concerns across the East End, and "Tony Bechara: An Artist of Many Worlds," a comprehensive survey of the Puerto Rican artist's career-long exploration of color theory and abstraction. The museum also features "Fresh Paint: Emmi Whitehorse," presenting new mixed-media work by the Diné artist. Sculptural installations occupy the south meadow. The grounds are open daily and include free access to the Creativity Lounge most Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The museum offers public docent-led gallery tours most Saturdays, interactive school visits with guided tours and studio workshops, a museum shop, and a café. Free parking and wheelchair access are available.
