Fancy going together?
Opa's Orchard in Mundelein is a two-acre apple orchard where visitors pick their own fruit directly from the trees. The orchard grows roughly two thousand dwarf apple trees arranged on a trellis system called the Fruiting Wall, making apples easy to reach and harvest. The primary variety is Honeycrisp, including Fire Crisp apples, alongside Cortland, Empire, Gala, and Jonathan varieties. Visitors select their own apples during scheduled weekend sessions with limited attendance to maintain a comfortable experience. The grassed orchard includes games, facts, and photo opportunities scattered throughout the rows to occupy children. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome. The property has a pond, so supervision of small children is necessary. Hiking shoes are recommended for walking the grounds. Visitors should taste apples at the tree but not throw them. The orchard operates by appointment, with advance ticket booking encouraged to guarantee parking and time slots.
Opa's Orchard publishes its own offers, and when 83landscapesupply.com was last read there was none.
The page stays here because the attraction is still worth knowing about, and because we keep checking. If a deal appears on their site, it appears here.
