Muelrath Ranches Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned working farm in Santa Rosa where visitors select from over 20 varieties of pumpkins, mini pumpkins, ornamental corn, sunflowers, corn stalks, gourds, organic squash, and hay bales. The patch features a hay pyramid, a toddler's corn maze, and a haunted dungeon filled with silly and spooky things. Visitors can climb haystacks, traverse a hay tunnel, enjoy narrated hay rides while learning about farm operations, and view antique tractors on the grounds. A picnic area is available for guests. Water, soda, and cider are sold on-site. The pumpkins are sustainably grown and pesticide-free. General admission is free with a pumpkin purchase. The farm, established in 1936 and located at the Santa Rosa site since 1946, remains a working ranch where the Muelrath family grows cattle, hay, and silage alongside their seasonal pumpkin and gourd crops.
