About Montebello Barnyard Zoo

Montebello Barnyard Zoo in Montebello, California is a petting farm where visitors interact with animals and ride equipment on the grounds. The zoo features pony rides, a John Deere ride, a petting zoo, animal feeding stations, and a mining-for-stones activity where visitors can dig for stones. A playground and picnic area allow families to spend extended time on site. The facility hosts birthday parties in three reservable areas, each with tables, chairs, and canopies included, plus zoo entry tickets and ride tickets for guests. The zoo also organizes traveling exhibits for school field trips to nearby cities including Long Beach, Whittier, and San Gabriel. A weekend special offer reduces the price to $24 per child for a combination package including a pony ride, John Deere ride, and petting zoo admission, down from the regular price of $34. This offer is listed on montebellobarnyardzoo.com.
