About Miami Children's Museum

Miami Children's Museum houses Planet Soccer, an immersive space-themed play environment where children and caregivers engage in active play together. The museum features interactive exhibits designed around NAEYC standards, with hands-on activities spanning arts, culture, and community learning for visitors up to age 14. Mini Mondays programming serves infants and toddlers through play-based activities from birth to age 5, with no school groups on Mondays to ensure a quieter experience. The Early Childhood Institute, a licensed preschool inside the museum, serves children from 12 months to 5 years with small class sizes and individualized attention. Most families spend two to four hours exploring. The museum is ADA accessible throughout, offers Certified Autism Center services, and provides sensory bags for sensitive guests.
