About Long Valley Acres Farm Stand and Petting Zoo
Long Valley Acres Farm Stand and Petting Zoo in Penn Valley offers self-guided animal tours where visitors interact directly with the farm's residents. The 15-acre property features Nigerian Dwarf goats, Jersey dairy cows, miniature Highland cattle, chickens, heritage turkeys, miniature horses, and a retired racehorse. Visitors can purchase feed buckets to hand-feed the animals during their tour. The farm also operates a self-serve farm stand stocked with fresh baked goods on weekends. The grounds include a pond, playground, large garden, greenhouse, and barn. A seated patio overlooks the surrounding pastures and open countryside. The farm accommodates field trips for schools and co-ops, as well as birthday parties. Parents may remain on the property during visits to participate in activities or relax on the patio while supervising their children.
