Amber Oaks Berry Farm in Auburn is a pick-your-own farm operating since 1980, where visitors harvest fresh produce directly from the fields. The farm grows over 100 different items and welcomes families to pick their own berries, tomatoes, and pumpkins. The seasonal crops include strawberries, blackberries, chestnuts, mandarins, kiwi, and rhubarb, with availability varying throughout the year. Visitors can also photograph pumpkins and a scarecrow family at the old barn on the property. In addition to U-pick visits available by appointment on select days, the farm accepts orders for picked produce and sells at multiple farmers markets. Timothy and Rhonda Boughton have owned and operated the farm since 1988, raising their three children on the property. The farm supplies both individual families and schools with fresh harvested produce.
