Lewin Farms is a fourth-generation family farm in Calverton that invites visitors to pick their own produce throughout spring, summer, and fall. The farm grows strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sweet corn, potatoes, peaches, nectarines, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, pumpkins, squash, gourds, watermelons, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, plums, and pears in its u-pick fields. During fall, visitors can navigate a corn maze, pick pumpkins and yellow delicious apples, and purchase roasted corn and potatoes at the farm stand. The farm stand also offers cider donuts and ice cream. In winter, Lewin Farms operates its Baiting Hollow Nursery location, where visitors can cut their own Christmas trees or select pre-cut trees, and enjoy free tractor rides to the fields. The farm charges admission and publishes its prices online.
