About Lakewood Ranch Park

Lakewood Ranch Park is a 148-acre sports facility in Bradenton offering fields and courts for soccer, baseball, softball, t-ball, basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Visitors use the regulation baseball, softball, and little league fields scattered throughout the grounds, along with batting cages located off Malachite Drive that are available to the public when not in use by organized leagues. The park includes eight hard tennis courts near the high school and a regulation football field with lights for night play at the end of Malachite Road. Six pickleball courts feature a practice wall and shaded seating area. Two playgrounds, one by the soccer complex and one by the softball complex, provide space for younger children. The park also has a spacious pavilion available for rental, along with benches, bleachers, picnic tables, parking, restrooms, and water fountains. The facility opens at sunrise and closes at sunset unless otherwise posted.
