About La Verne Heritage Foundation
The La Verne Heritage Foundation is a historical park dedicated to preserving a slice of La Verne's past through exhibits and hands-on activities. The 1.5-acre setting features one of the last working orange groves in the San Gabriel Valley, alongside the Weber House and other historic outbuildings that visitors can explore. Throughout the year, the foundation offers tours and educational events including orange picking in the grove, field trips focused on spring juice pressing, hands-on history activities, summer concerts in the park, and pumpkin patch field trips. These programs combine learning about local history with direct engagement with the property's agricultural heritage. The foundation, located in the hills of La Verne, California, welcomes families and groups interested in regional history and outdoor education, with appointments available for specialized visits.
