Public skating sessions welcome guests without reservations to lace up and join the activity. Skate rentals are available for those without their own equipment. The facility operates group skating sessions and hosts themed family nights throughout the season. Skating takes place counterclockwise on the ice, with figure skaters practicing jumps, spins, and turns designated to the center area while general skaters use the outside lanes. No more than two people may skate together, and double jumps or spins are not permitted during public sessions. The rink enforces safety rules requiring skate guards and personnel notification in case of injury. LA Kings Ice is located in Rolling Hills Estates, California.
