Hayward Toy Museum displays extensive collections of vintage and rare toys across multiple themed exhibits. Visitors explore over 3,400 different Pez dispensers, including rare examples from the 1950s through 2020s and the world's largest Pez snowman dispenser. The classic toys section features the original Mr. Potato Head, the first Barbie doll, and the very first comic book. The museum also showcases banned toys including the Atomic Energy Lab, original Lawn Darts Set, and Cabbage Patch dolls. Ray gun toys span decades, from the 1934 Buck Rogers Rocket Pistol to a rare Hubley Atomic Disintegrator and vintage tin friction sparkling guns. An additional collection highlights rare television remotes, including the first wireless remote, first programmable remote, and a Star Wars Lightsaber remote. The museum is located in Hayward, California.
