About Guadalupe Gardens

The Rotary PlayGarden is San Jose's first all-inclusive playground, expanded in 2023 to include additional shade and play structures. Visitors explore dynamic play equipment designed to be accessible for children of all abilities, including climbing walls and multiple interactive features. The playground sits within Guadalupe Gardens adjacent to the Guadalupe River, connecting play experiences to the surrounding natural ecology. The facility includes an amphitheater accommodating twenty guests and a picnic celebration area for thirty-five guests. Two reservable picnic sites provide gathering spaces throughout the grounds. The park also features nearby attractions within Guadalupe Gardens, such as the Heritage Rose Garden and River Trail. Located in San Jose, California, the PlayGarden suits families with children of varying abilities who want to play together in an accessible outdoor setting.
