Great Lakes Science Center in Cleveland invites visitors to explore science, technology, engineering and math through hundreds of hands-on exhibits and demonstrations. The NASA Glenn Visitor Center, one of only eleven in the country, lets guests examine a Skylab 3 Apollo Command Module through 360-degree panoramas, experiment with fire on the International Space Station, and investigate Mars airbag landing systems. The Science Phenomena exhibit covers electricity and magnetism, light and optics, motion and mechanics, and sound and resonance. Visitors can also experience Mission Flight VR on Level 2, watch films in the Cleveland Clinic DOME Theater showing titles like Ohio: Wild At Heart and Penguins: A Love Story, and tour the historic Steamship William G. Mather. The center features the TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition as a special display. A visit suits school groups, families, and individuals interested in discovering how science and technology work.
