Eddy's Fruit Farm, Chesterland

About Eddy's Fruit Farm

Eddy's Fruit Farm, operating since 1869, invites visitors to pick their own apples in the orchard and tour the working farm in Chesterland, Ohio. The fourth-generation family business centers on seasonal apple varieties, with a market stocked by the farm's own harvest. Farmer Bart manages tours and the market operations while overseeing a hydroponic greenhouse on the property. Tom Eddy, the orchard expert, tends the trees and supervises Pick Your Own activities. Visitors encounter the farm dog, Rosie, during their time on the grounds. The farm hosts soccer games and serves local schools and restaurants. A visit suits families interested in agricultural production and hands-on fruit picking, combining education about how apples grow with the opportunity to harvest directly from the trees.
