About Commemorative Air Force Central Texas Wing

The Commemorative Air Force Central Texas Wing is a museum housing seven restored military aircraft open to visitors in San Marcos. The collection includes a rare flying Bell P-39Q Airacobra named Miss Connie, the NAA B-25J Yellow Rose, a Vultee BT-13 Valiant, a Cessna U-3A Administrator, a Beech C-45 Expeditor called Lone Star Lady, an NAA AT-6 Texan, and a Douglas C-47 designated That's All Brother. The museum features a gift shop alongside the aircraft displays. Visitors can arrange Living History Flight Experiences aboard the historic planes, and the Wing hosts events including Aviation Discovery Fest for students ages six through seventeen. General admission is free. The museum is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday each week. Tickets for flight experiences are sold online through the venue's website. The wing is located at San Marcos Regional Airport.
