Chardonnay Sailing Charters operates the Chardonnay II, a 70-foot luxury sailboat offering public and private sailing experiences on Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz. Visitors can choose from several public sail options including sunset sails, coastal sails, Wednesday night race sails, and winemaker sails. The venue also offers specialty sails with themed experiences such as fiesta sails featuring taquitos, street corn, and guacamole, mother's day brunch sails with chocolate-covered strawberries and quiches, and drone show sails coordinated with boardwalk performances. All public sails include refreshing beverages and grab-and-go meal boxes. Private charters accommodate team building events, VIP gatherings, family occasions, and company parties. Public sails accommodate groups up to 15 passengers, with specialty sails holding up to 49 passengers. Sessions last one to two hours and welcome all ages, including infants and children.
