About Witte Museum

Witte Museum houses the Naylor Family Dinosaur Gallery, where guests explore Cretaceous Period animals from more than 110 million years ago, and the McLean Family Gallery displaying over 150 animals across diverse environments. Current exhibitions include Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs, which features full-scale models and fossil casts, and The Robot Zoo, an interactive experience exploring biomechanics through robotic animals. The museum also presents Adventures in Deep Time and permanent galleries across the museum campus in Brackenridge Park. Visitors can purchase tickets online on the museum's website. Residents receive free general admission every Tuesday from 3 to 6 p.m., and individuals and families receiving SNAP and WIC benefits qualify for three-dollar general admission through the Museums for All program.
