Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center in La Mirada, California combines a competitive aquatics facility with a family water park. Visitors swim in a 50-meter competition pool, a 25-yard recreation and teaching pool, and a spa at the Aquatics Center, where swimmers can use the lap swim lanes. Buccaneer Bay Waterpark features a flowing river channel, three water slides entering a catch pool, a six-lane mat racer, two body slides, and a children's interactive play structure with zero-depth beach entry and two spray pad areas. Pirate-themed decorative elements including a dramatic skull rock and marooned ship create atmosphere throughout the park. The facility offers swim lessons for all ages and ability levels, with a free skills test available. Visitors can rent lockers, lounge chairs, and cabanas, with changing facilities and ADA-accessible restrooms near the waterpark entrance. Birthday parties and group events can be arranged at Buccaneer Bay.
