About Simply Smashing "a Rage Release Room"

Simply Smashing is a rage room in Tempe where visitors smash inanimate objects as a form of stress relief and recreation. Participants ages 8 and up demolish dishes, glassware, ceramics, bottles, printers, and keyboards using bats, crow bars, and sledgehammers while listening to music on Bluetooth speakers. All breakables are recycled materials. The facility provides safety gear including coveralls, gloves, and safety visors, and requires closed-toe shoes. Visitors can choose solo sessions or group experiences. The venue also offers a splatter paint activity where guests create art on blank canvases to take home. Simply Smashing suits anyone seeking therapeutic or recreational destruction, including those managing job stress, life challenges, or celebrating occasions like birthdays and bachelor parties. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
