Sierra College Natural History Museum in Rocklin is a center for science learning housed in Sewell Hall on the college's campus. Visitors engage with collections examining Earth's natural past through displays based on ecology themes. The museum and accompanying planetarium draw thousands of students, teachers, and families annually. The museum hosts Dinosaur Day Science Fest each spring, featuring live animal exhibitions, paleontological digs, physics and chemistry demonstrations, lectures, tours, face painting, and maker stations. Free Saturday programs offer science and math workshops with themes such as dinosaurs, marine mammals, volcanoes, bats, fossils, carnivorous plants, and astronomy. Storytime sessions include live book readings paired with games, crafts, and snacks. These programs suit visitors of all ages seeking hands-on scientific experiences and community engagement with natural history.
We check this attraction’s own website for offers. The last time we read sierracollege.edu there was no offer on it that we could verify.
The page stays here because the attraction is still worth knowing about, and because we keep checking. If a deal appears on their site, it appears here.
