About Sacramento Children's Museum

Sacramento Children's Museum in Rancho Cordova invites children ages 0–8 and their families to learn through hands-on play in interactive, multi-sensory exhibits. Leo's Learning Lab hosts the "Play Around the World" exhibit, where visitors engage in creative exploration and problem-solving activities. The museum offers signature events including Dogs with Jobs, Shamrock Shimmy, Pride with Leo and Friends, a Butterfly Release, Trick or Treat, and Día de los Muertos celebrations. Visitors can participate in Sensory Friendly Play Thursdays and Tiny Tuesdays programs designed for different age groups and abilities. The museum features outdoor exploration spaces alongside indoor galleries. The museum charges admission for general visitors, and tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
