About Plow Farms

Plow Farms is a family-run Christmas tree farm and nursery spanning forty acres in Mohnton, Pennsylvania. Visitors ride wagons out into the fields to select and cut their own fresh trees, then browse the gift shop for farm-made wreaths and holiday goods. Santa's Shed offers visits with Santa on the farm itself. Local vendors from Berks County sell food and crafts throughout the property. The farm is known for its legendary Newfoundland Day, when hundreds of the gentle giant dogs gather on the farm in Santa hats and costumes to bring Christmas cheer to visitors. All activities and experiences—wagon rides, Santa visits, the gift shop, fresh wreaths, and vendor areas—are open to the public at no cost during operating hours. The farm's wholesale operation also grows acres of seedlings and extra-large firs, spruces, and hardwood trees for regional distribution.
