Barnyard Kingdom is a 10-acre working farm near Mountville in Lancaster where visitors navigate a corn maze, watch duck and pig races throughout the day, and ride the Country Barn Express train to see farm animals up close while learning about farm life from guides. The property features a Tater Sack Slide, a bouncy giant pumpkin, gem mining, and a hedge maze. Families can explore the farm on wagon and train rides, cheer for competing animals in races, and enjoy concession food at the Country Kitchen. School groups participate in spring and fall educational tours designed to teach children where food originates and how it reaches their tables. The farm operates seasonally with hours published on the venue's website, and tickets are sold online through the attraction's site. Barnyard Kingdom suits families with children seeking hands-on farm experiences in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm Saturday (Friday during October), 11:00am – 5:00pm Sunday
