Lazy 5 Ranch, Mooresville

About Lazy 5 Ranch

Lazy 5 Ranch in Mooresville is a drive-through animal park where visitors feed and observe animals from their vehicles or take guided wagon rides through the grounds. The drive-through experience allows guests to hand-feed animals directly from car windows using feed buckets. A walk-around petting zoo gives visitors closer interaction with animals on foot. The ranch also offers horse-drawn wagon rides that include a guided tour through the animal park and animal feed. The property includes a playground, picnic area, and gift shop. General admission covers either the drive-through experience or walk-around access; wagon ride packages add a guided tour component. The ranch operates multiple days weekly with varying hours and accepts cash or North Carolina checks only. The facility accommodates individual visitors and groups, with special pricing for school groups available.
