Laredo Center For the Arts

About Laredo Center For the Arts

The Laredo Center for the Arts coordinates, promotes, and supports artistic activity throughout the Laredo and South Texas region. Visitors attend events and exhibitions held at the center's facilities. Third Space Thursdays runs from 6 to 9 PM each week as a gathering for artists of all skill levels and ages to meet, share ideas, supplies, and inspirations in a safe, accessible environment with free entry and parking. The center hosts upcoming events including The Quest to Dream Don Quixote and the Third Space Altar Box Workshop. Beyond Third Space programming, the center presents theatrical performances and cultural events throughout the year. Membership is available to those seeking exclusive access to exhibitions, events, and community activities. The center also offers facility rental options for those wishing to host their own artistic gatherings and provides opportunities for artists to participate and exhibit their work through its artist directory and acquisition projects.
