We Rock The Spectrum - Laredo is an indoor gym designed for children across the autism spectrum. Visitors use suspended equipment with swings for balance and vestibular treatment, crash mats and pillows for motor planning and strength building, a zip slider for stress relief, and a trampoline for developing leg and core strength. The facility includes an indoor play structure for climbing, sensory-based toys and equipment for auditory processing and fine motor skills, and a fine motor arts and crafts area. A calming room helps children regulate emotions and reduce negative sensory input. Open play sessions allow full gym access with all equipment and the arts and crafts section. The facility offers birthday parties in a private room, classes, and social skills groups through its nonprofit foundation, My Brother Rocks The Spectrum. The gym is cleaned daily with green products and accommodates parents or guardians supervising children during visits.
