About Holmes-Foster Park
Holmes-Foster Park in State College operates two public swimming pools where visitors swim laps, enjoy general open swim, or bring young children to toddler time. Welch Pool features a sprayground and leisure pool, while Park Forest Pool includes a sprayground, tot pool, and shallow lap pool area. The parks offer adult lap swim sessions and food cart concessions during operating hours. Children ages ten and under must be accompanied by an adult ages sixteen or older. Admission is charged daily, with tickets sold online through the venue's website. Visitors who arrive after five in the evening pay seven dollars for residents or ten dollars for non-residents, a reduction from the standard twelve-dollar resident rate.
