Henson Robinson Zoo showcases over 96 species of native and exotic animals from Australia, Africa, Asia, and North and South America in naturalistic exhibits. The Springfield Park District has certified the zoo as a Sensory Inclusive Venue through KultureCity, with trained staff offering accommodations for guests with sensory processing needs. Sensory bags containing fidget tools, sunglasses, communication cards, and noise-canceling headphones are available for checkout. The zoo charges admission, with prices published online.
