About Knight's Action Park

Knight's Action Park spans 60 acres across Springfield, Illinois, combining an amusement park and water park under one destination. At the amusement park, visitors ride The Big Wheel and The Paratrooper, race on go karts, and play 18-hole miniature golf. A fifty-tee driving range and batting cage let guests practice their swing and batting skills. Splash Kingdom features 16 water slides, a giant wave pool, a lazy river, and Camille's Reef spray ground for younger children. The park also includes The New Big Surf attraction. The amusement park operates daily from 9 AM to 11 PM, while Splash Kingdom runs on weekend schedule during specified seasonal dates. Knight's Action Park traces its origins to 1930 as a golf driving range and now represents the third generation of the Knight family business, serving as a longstanding Springfield entertainment destination.
