Inside, guests navigate through scenes performed by character actors while encountering themed props and scares throughout the attraction. The venue operates on Friday and Saturday evenings during its season, with special programming including a daytime Kids' Trick-or-Treat event featuring free admission and character entertainment, plus a Blackout Night experience where the lights go out and visitors navigate with only flashlights.
