Fox Meadows Creamery in Ephrata is a farm-based ice cream shop where visitors watch hand-crafted ice cream being made through a viewing window into the processing room. The creamery uses milk from its own dairy farm across the field to produce ice cream in flavors including Madagascan Vanilla, Wilbur Chocolate, Cookies 'n Cream, Campfire S'mores, and Lancaster County Shoofly Pie. Visitors can order ice cream in cones or dishes, or in homemade waffle cones and bowls. The creamery also serves hand-rolled soft pretzels made from scratch, custom milkshakes blending ice cream with fresh milk, roasted milkshakes with espresso, affogatos topped with house-made whipped cream, and custom floats featuring three scoops of ice cream in glass-bottled soda. A lunch menu offers artisan hand-formed burgers, fresh salads, hand-crafted sandwiches, and soups. The farmstead location is in Ephrata, Pennsylvania.
