Children's Museum of Alamance County in Graham offers hands-on exhibits where children from birth to age ten explore and learn through interactive play. Visitors engage with the museum's multi-sensory experiences designed to develop physical, intellectual, social, emotional and interpersonal skills. The museum features exhibits that celebrate Alamance County's heritage, including its textile and railroad history and agricultural traditions. Programming includes special events such as Fall Animals Crafts Week and Book Buddies storytelling sessions. The museum provides field trip opportunities for school groups and party rental spaces for celebrations. A free lending library supports literacy development. The museum's exhibit environments reflect understanding of children's play behavior and developmental milestones, created to encourage curiosity and imagination. Admission is charged, with pricing available online.
