Charlann Farms is a sixth-generation family-owned farm in Morrisville that grows award-winning sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melons, cucumbers, and pumpkins at its retail farm market. The market also stocks specialty items from local vendors including coffee, honey, peaches, blueberries, and strawberries. During fall, the farm operates a Fall Festival with pumpkin picking, hayrides, pumpkin painting, pony rides, a jump pad, a corn pit, food trucks, and children's games. Birthday party packages are available during the festival season. In winter, the farm market transitions into a Holiday Barn selling Christmas trees including douglas fir, Fraser fir, and canaan varieties, along with wreaths, pine roping, and holiday decor made by local artisans. Santa Claus visits on select dates for photos and reindeer meetings. Spring and summer bring family-friendly community events and children's birthday parties. A large tent is available to rent for private events including birthdays, graduations, and showers.
