About Cathy's Critters

Cathy's Critters is a hands-on animal educational farm where visitors get up close with domestic animals from around the world. Open Saturdays and Sundays, the farm hosts Open Farm days with no reservation required, as well as ticketed events like Playdates on the Farm, Sippin' with Sloths Paint and Sip parties, Bingo with Birds, and Haunted Halloween hayrides. The farm offers Critter Camp, a week-long program for ages 5–12 running 9 am to 5 pm with animal encounters, horseback riding lessons with owner Cathy, crafts, and water games; early and late care are available. Visitors can also arrange private farm experiences or book the venue for birthday parties and events. The farm has featured animals including coatis named Buttercup and Blossom, and Highland calves. Cathy's Critters earned DFW Child magazine's award for Best Entertainer for Kids Parties. The farm is in Princeton, Texas.
