About Gemini Peach and Rose Farm

Gemini Peach and Rose Farm is a four-acre family-owned farm in downtown Denton where visitors pick their own roses and peaches during growing seasons. The farm maintains over 200 peach trees and 1,000 rose bushes, along with tomatoes, plums, figs, and blackberries. During rose season, visitors select blooms from the garden, use provided clippers to cut stems about one centimeter above a healthy leaf, and place roses immediately into water they bring in their own container. The farm's roses have won best hybrid tea awards five times at the Dallas Rose Show and four times at the Fort Worth Rose Show. Rose plants are also available for purchase. During peach season, visitors twist ripe peaches from trees or pick firmer ones to ripen at home. The farm grows over twenty peach varieties that ripen at different times, and peaches are sold by the pound or box. The farm operates Monday through Saturday, weather permitting.
