About Bonton Farms

Bonton Farms operates interactive farm experiences where visitors explore gardens, connect with animals, participate in hands-on projects, and share meals together. The farm welcomes youth, seniors, and community groups including schools, churches, camps, and corporate teams for field trips and tours. Volunteers of all ages work alongside staff on tasks such as planting, weeding, seeding, and maintaining chicken coops, garden rows, and compost areas. The Bexar Street Campus includes a Farmer's Market selling fresh produce, honey butter, coffee, and gift boxes grown on-site. A Wellness Center on the campus offers fitness, nutrition, and healing programs for the community. The farm also operates a café and coffee house. Located in the Bonton neighborhood of South Dallas, the operation grows organic food while addressing barriers that prevent residents from accessing health and wellness, economic stability, education, and safe housing. Group visits accommodate organizations of various sizes, from small gatherings to teams of 100 or more.
