The Dallas Museum of Art in Dallas, Texas is a museum where visitors explore more than 25,000 works of art spanning 5,000 years. Guests view contemporary installations, paintings, and sculptures across rotating exhibitions such as X Marks the Spot: Contemporary Screenprinting at Brand X Editions, The First Bauhaus Portfolio, and Sonia Boyce: One Hundred Ways to Love. The museum offers programs including classes, lectures, films, collection highlights tours, gallery talks, and art in thirty-minute formats designed for visitors of all ages. The permanent collection features African art and many other categories. Families with children under twelve can visit, though children require adult supervision, and visitors must maintain distance from artwork and cannot touch sculptures or paintings. The museum operates Wednesday through Sunday and welcomes all guests regardless of age or experience level.
