About BounceU Charlotte - Matthews

BounceU Charlotte - Matthews is an indoor inflatable play center where visitors spend time jumping and climbing on giant bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses across two huge arenas. The facility features 18-foot slides, dedicated toddler areas, and coin-operated games alongside the inflatables. The venue specializes in private birthday parties, where groups receive exclusive access to both arenas plus a private party room with a throne for the birthday child. A dedicated Party Pro supervises playtime, manages setup and cleanup, and serves refreshments. Two-hour parties include 70 minutes split between the two arenas and 50 minutes in the party room. Beverages, paper products, and customizable invitations are included. Visitors can also attend Open Bounce sessions during scheduled times. The family entertainment center operates in Charlotte, North Carolina, with parties and open play available throughout the week and on weekends.
