BatCade in Burbank is a batting cage facility where visitors step into indoor cages to hit pitched baseballs and softballs. The facility offers baseball machines ranging from 40 to 70 miles per hour, fastpitch softball machines from 40 to 60 miles per hour, and high arc slowpitch softball at a single speed. Visitors can choose between time-based sessions of 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or purchase tokens for approximately 50 pitches per token. All necessary equipment is provided at no extra charge, including bats and helmets, which are required safety gear in the cages. BatCade also hosts special events and private parties in an on-site party room, which groups can reserve for birthday celebrations, team meetings, league sign-ups, and holiday parties. The facility has served the Burbank community since 1993. Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are recommended during peak times such as weekends and rainy days during Little League season.
