Aggieland Safari in Bryan, Texas is a drive-thru safari and zoo combination where visitors encounter over 300 animal species across 250 acres. In the drive-thru portion, guests feed zebras, llamas, bison, giraffes, and deer directly from their vehicle during a 45-minute experience. The Adventure Zoo features 50 species in educational exhibits, including capybaras, kangaroos, and other animals displayed throughout the grounds. Animal Encounters offer up-close interactions with specific creatures; the Capy Close-Up is a 20-minute session where visitors ages 5 and older meet capybaras named Oakley and Rumo, pet them, and learn about these large rodents. The Giraffe Encounter provides another hands-on option. General admission includes both the drive-thru safari and the walkabout Adventure Zoo. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website. Last vehicle entry occurs at 4 p.m.
