About Zanesville and Western Scenic Railroad

The Zanesville and Western Scenic Railroad offers passenger train excursions along the historic Glass Rock Spur line in Southeast Ohio. Visitors board trains that depart hourly, with both inside and outside seating available. The railroad operates on weekends and features themed events throughout the operating season, including Dog Daze of Summer, Back to School Daze, Hobo Camp, Pumpkin Train, and Wine Tasting events for adults. Children aged thirteen and under ride free during Back to School Daze. The scenic rail line traverses exceptionally picturesque terrain in Southeast Ohio.
