WayPoint Adventures operates a Lagoon 420 luxury sailing catamaran, a 42-foot vessel for ocean cruising along the Oceanside coastline. Visitors board to experience sailing with sails up, weather permitting, choosing seating at two large tables with full ocean views or the spacious bow area near trampolines. The boat features a sound system for music. Guests typically encounter dolphins alongside the boat, with seasonal whale sightings at certain times. Morning tours, mid-day tours, and sunset tours each run two to four hours, with morning tours offering the smoothest ride and mid-day tours providing the best sailing conditions. The experience accommodates up to six guests. Captain Michael Woodin, a licensed USCG captain with forty years of boating experience, operates the vessel. An ice chest with ice and water is provided, and guests may bring their own food and drinks.
