About Viking Skate Country
Viking Skate Country features a GET YOUR GLOW ON black light party room with light-ups for each child, adding a glow experience to birthday celebrations in Redding. Visitors skate to top 40 music and oldies across multiple weekly sessions, from Thursday adult night skate to Saturday teen night with blacklights and a selfie wall. The fully air-conditioned rink includes three birthday party rooms, skate rentals and sales, and a full concession stand. Sessions run daily at various times, with skating from 7:00 to 10:00 PM on most evenings and afternoon slots on weekends from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Families bring children for birthday parties or casual skating; adults aged 18 and older have dedicated Thursday sessions. On Friday nights, families of up to four skaters pay twenty-five dollars instead of forty, with skate rentals included.
