Shasta Rock Club is an indoor rock climbing gym in Redding where visitors climb on artificial walls using handholds and footholds. The primary activity is bouldering, in which climbers ascend shorter walls without ropes. The gym features weekly new routes that climbers can attempt as they build skill and strength. Rental shoes are available for those without climbing footwear. No prior experience is required to visit.
