About Transformer Station

Transformer Station is a center for visual and performing arts in Cleveland's Hingetown neighborhood where the Cleveland Museum of Art presents exhibitions of emerging artists, time-based media, and live music performances alongside dynamic social experiences. Visitors explore exhibitions such as Lake Effect: Artists from Cleveland Now, which showcases artistic production across Northeast Ohio. The venue hosts City Stages, an outdoor summer concert series featuring global music. Drop-in art activities and gallery exploration are available, allowing families to engage with contemporary work at their own pace. The Community Arts Center on Cleveland's west side offers additional free art programming. General admission is free.
