About Titan Missile Museum
Titan Missile Museum preserves complex 571-7, the last of 54 Titan II missile sites that stood on alert across the United States from 1963 to 1987. Visitors descend 55 stairs into the underground silo to walk in the footsteps of Cold War crews during a 45-minute guided tour, viewing the control center and eight levels of the missile complex. Those unable to use stairs can explore topside exhibits and the Exhibits Gallery, both wheelchair accessible. The museum features an interactive map for virtual exploration of the entire site, from entrance through missile silo sections. Visitors stand and walk throughout the tour. A sign language interpreter is available upon request with ten business days' notice. The museum is located in Green Valley, Arizona, south of Tucson off I-19. Online reservations are required for underground silo tours; walk-ins may access topside exhibits only. Tickets are sold through the museum's website.
